A Review: L'Occitane "Almond Delicious" Hand Cream
I'm an absolute sucker for a good hand cream. But something I love even more is when they fit inside my hand bag, aren't greasy and smell incredible. I bought this gorgeous L'Occitane hand cream in America, when we visited Florida last. I tried the tester and I knew in that moment that I had to buy it.
It's not a greasy hand cream, and a small bit goes a long way. I only really use a pea-sized amount to get the job done and my hands are happy as Larry for a good few hours after application. Unlike other hand creams, you don't have to reapply it every couple of hours, making it perfect for those who are on the go.
Not only is it non-greasy and provides results that last for hours on end, it also smalls gorgeous. It has a scent of a hand cream that costs a bit more, with a more luxurious smell and texture about it. It's not too thin, but it's not so thick that you have to use copious amounts in one go to feel the effects.
Moving onto its size. It's the perfect size for popping in your hand bag, no matter how small that bag might be. I will never be without a hand cream, even if I go for a night out or spend the night at a bar with friends. I hate how hand soap makes my hands smell and feel.
So, applying some hand cream after washing my hands is a great way of keeping clean whilst also masking the smell of cheaper hand soaps and preventing my skin from drying out as a result of the more cost-effective hand wash solutions.
But whether you're a bit particular, like me, or just love to use a more luxurious hand cream, this is definitely one I'd say to try. So, would I say that it's worth the price tag? Definitely. I would pay it time and time again for the results it provides, and that's not something I say lightly.
I don't usually review hand creams on here, for good reason - I can't find one that I've loved enough to shout from the roof top about. L'Occitane has done it again with their amazing, upmarket skincare range that I would say puts even the most luxurious brands to shame.
