Seeing Russell Howard Live at the Nottingham Concert Hall
This month, Tom took me to see Russell Howard live at the Nottingham Concert Hall. He bought me the tickets for Christmas and I was beyond delighted to see that we were going. It was the third time seeing Russell Howard live, for me. It was the second time for Tom.
In fact, the last time we saw him it was King Charles III's Coronation weekend. You can read all about that experience here if you're interested! But today, I'm going to be talking about our Russell Howard experience from the weekend just gone.
Of course, he was absolutely brilliant. He touched on all of the new, up to date and modern topics. He touched on everything from international politics to the Beckhams and he had everyone in fits of laughter. Not to mention he is experienced at dealing with hecklers.
Someone heckled him from the crowd and his comeback was just hilarious. He expertly puts them in their place, out-doing them in every comedic aspect. You can see why he does what he does and why he continues to be so popular with audiences even fifteen+ years after he came to fame.
We enjoyed the gig that much that as soon as we got home we looked for tickets to some of his other shows, but they were all sold out. Maybe you'll have better luck! Get Russell Howard tickets for a location that suits you. Trust me, it's worth it for a night filled with nothing but laughter and fun!
