A Recipe | A Quick & Simple Chicken Caesar Salad

There's nothing like a fresh, delicious and healthy salad to jazz things up a bit at lunchtime, but where preparing a fancy Caesar salad might sound like a lot of hassle and trouble for nothing, especially when making it at home, there is actually a very quick and simple way of rustling up the same dish, just with a few tweaks!

Ingredients

*Hearts of Romaine lettuce
*Chicken breast
*Salt and pepper croutons
*Caesar salad dressing

Method

1. Pull your lettuce off the stalk and rinse using a colander and cold water
2. If using fresh chicken breast, cook in the oven for around 20 mins on 200C and season with salt and pepper
3. If using pre-cooked chicken, then take it out of the packet and slice it into management, bite-sized chunks, do this with your fresh chicken breast once it has cooked 
4. Place the lettuce in the bowl first and then top with the chicken chunks
5. Sprinkle over your salt and pepper croutons
6. Drizzle some Caesar salad dressing 
7. Serve and enjoy!
