11 Ways to Stay Sane While Working From Home


It's important that we're social distancing and self-isolating in accordance with the Government's advice. However, this can make us feel miserable, but there are some things you can do to stay sane during these uncertain times for the foreseeable.   1. Stay connected with friends and family online
  2. Ring those you care about so you can hear their voice
  3. Get a good nights sleep
  4. Listen to music that brings back memories
  5. Try investing in a standing desk - IKEA can supply you with those
  6. Take regular breaks from the screen - go for a walk for instance
  7. Get some exercise
  8. Stretch regularly
  9. Give your pets some loving
  10. Try meditating/yoga etc
  11. Have some family time
