A Recipe | Parmesan-Baked Brussel Sprouts
When I heard that two of my favourite foods, brussel sprouts and cheese, could be combined into one baked, caramelised mass, I jumped at the chance to give it a go myself. It was a super quick, incredibly simple recipe that every can follow and, as well as being an easy side dish to create, it's also quite cheap.
The brussel sprouts come in at £1 in Sainsbury's for 500g, parmesan cheese for £1.49 in Tesco for 100g and a jar of chilli flakes for £1.65 for 85g, so it'll last you a really long time. This recipe can feed up to four people, so that's £1.03 per person for a delicious, warming, festive side dish. So let me tell you what you need and how you can make it yourself at home :)
