Everything I Loved in February
I can't believe that I'm here again rounding up my loves for February. With March just around the corner, I can't help but reflect on the month of February and everything that happened throughout the month that I look back on with fondness. So, here's everything I loved in February!
Valentine's Day
As we all know, Valentine's Day was this month. We celebrated on the Friday before as opposed to on the day itself. We went out for some dinner and Tom bought me these gorgeous flowers. I do love a good bunch of flowers for birthdays and anniversaries etc, so this was a really nice surprise and they look just lovely in the living room!
Pancakes at Bill's
We went for breakfast at Bill's one weekend in February, purely for the pancakes. It was something we had just fancied, so we got up one Sunday morning and drove off to Bill's for a spot of breakie. You can't see Tom's meal in this photo, but he had a stack of three pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.
I had a stack of three, too, but with berries and cream. We also had a side of hash browns and let me tell you that they were absolutely AMAZING! I highly recommend Bill's if you're a breakfast person because our food was incredible and everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious!
A family wedding
My cousin got married Valentine's Day weekend and it was lovely. An amazing day with great music and a beautiful venue, surrounded by great people. It was just a wonderful day all in all - how you'd expect a family wedding to be.
A new bargain sweatshirt
I was browsing online at the TU at Sainsbury's website and I just stumbled across this jumper in the sale. Believe it or not, it used to be about £24 full price, which I wouldn't have paid for. But luckily for me, I managed to bag this for £6...SIX POUNDS. I did have to get a bigger size, but who cares for that price?! That and I think it looks great over-sized!
This month's nails
I absolutely love the colour of my nails this month, which is why I just HAD to include them in this month's favourites post. I like to switch up the colours I have for my gel manicure, never having the same colour twice, but I might make an exception for this particular colour because I love it that much.
