3 Reasons to Invest in a Pair of Sketchers
I never thought I'd be advocating for a pair of Sketchers, let alone wear them, but let me tell you that they're hands down the most comfortable and convenient pair of trainers I have ever owned. While they're not the prettiest of shoe, they could definitely be worse in terms of combining functionality with style. So, why should you invest in a pair of Sketchers? Let me give you three of my top reasons.
1. Comfort & support
As I've already mentioned, Sketchers are incredibly light, comfortable and supportive. The ones I have, you don't have to lace up. But there are others out there that require them to be laced up. The slip-on Sketchers are perfect because they're convenient to put on, but they still give you all of the support you'll need. They're also incredibly comfortable. It's almost like walking on clouds!
2. Modern style
When I used to think of Sketchers, I always had big, clunky trainers in mind. They were in no way stylish. They were bought solely for their comfortable and not for fashion reasons. But my mind was completely swayed a couple of years ago when I bought my first pair for a trip to Florida. They're actually more stylish than I realised, especially when they're brand-new and crisp white.
3. Quality material
The materials used, both on the main body of the shoe and the sole, are lightweight and hard-wearing. The pair I bought for our trip to Florida lasted the entire trip and I still wear them now, out in the garden. The reason for that is, it doesn't take a lot of the white pair to get dirty.
My original pair were so grubby that not even the machine machine could save them. That's the other thing - you can put them in the washing machine and they'll survive the cycle. What more could you want for a pair of white trainers?!
