Getting My Fitness On: The Reebok Exercise Bike

I've been trying to up my home workout game recently, mainly while the weather hasn't been great. I wanted something that wasn't an exercise video, as I was getting board of those, and that I could just take myself away and use whenever I wanted. 

I don't have to take the TV over in the living room and I can spend as much time on it as I like. It's just nice knowing that I have the option to mix things up a bit and maybe even watch a good series or movie while I'm riding. 

I recently posted a photo on Instagram about this bike, and a few of you wanted some more details, so this is what the main focus of this blog post is going to be. Let me show you and tell you more about the Reebok FR30 exercise bike.

So far, I've found this bike really user-friendly, quiet and easy to use. There's more to it than you might have thought, being somewhat different from the really basic mechanical bikes that you used to get. I'll let Argos tell you more about the bike, including some of its key features:
