Ed Sheeran's = Tour at Wembley Stadium

We went to see Ed Sheeran at Wembley Stadium about four years ago and we thought he was absolutely brilliant at what he did. The talent he possesses is like nothing I have ever seen and I'm yet to see that level of brilliance in anyone else who is in the music industry. We were so blown away we tried to get tickets for his latest tour and lo and behold, there we were on Thursday night, looking up at him while he strummed on his beautifully-crafted guitar.

He played the classics, including some oldies: Lego House and Give Me Love. He also performed some new tracks: Shivers, Bad Habits and Afterglow. He also did Castle on the Hill, Sing, Thinking Out Loud, Perfect and, of course, Galway Girl and Shape of You.

You could just tell before it the song even started which one it was going to be, but yet again, it was like he had the entire audience in the palm of his hand, hanging on his every word and every note played. We also had a surprise from him, including playing a song that is yet to be released. He also invited up Anne Marie to perform 2002. They only played one song together, but it was enough for us!

The view as well was spectacular, being able to see Ed from almost every angle. It was a circular stage located right in the middle of the stadium, so everyone got a slice of Ed no matter where you stood in the crowd.

There was almost a treadmill-like contraption on stage so he could stand there and play whilst going around in a circle. This meant that we always got an up-close view of the legend himself and I was SO there for it - best decision ever made in my opinion. Anyway, here are a few pictures from the night :)
