Blogmas Day 12 | A Review: Jack Daniel's Tennessee Blackberry Liqueur (Perfect for Christmas Parties)

Welcome to Blogmas day 12! I'll be publishing a festive blog post every single day on the run-up to Christmas, so keep checking back for some fun and Christmassy content. Today, I'm going to be giving you my thoughts on the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Blackberry Liqueur together with whether or not I think it's good enough to put on your Christmas food shop list. So, let's take a closer look at the Jack Daniel's Blackberry Liqueur.

Overall, it's a nice beverage. I'm not a whiskey drinker, so I didn't think I'd like this, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had mine with ice but you can always put a few drops of water in with it to take the edge off if you find it a little too strong.

It was smooth and flavoursome. It doesn't just taste of alcohol, which is a daft thing to say, but some liqueurs can just taste like you're drinking nail polish remover and have very little taste or flavour. This has just the right amount of blackberry flavouring in it to give it a fruity punch with the same smooth taste that you expect from the original Jack Daniel's whiskey.

I drank mine neat with a cube of ice, but you can put it puddings or drizzle it into other cocktails and even prosecco if you're feeling like it needs a little something extra. It's a great alcoholic beverage to have as an option at a Christmas party.

You could even mix it with lemonade, if you aren't keen on the neat whiskey taste. Would I recommend the Jack Daniel's Tennessee Blackberry Liqueur? Yes, I definitely would. Get it while it's on offer at places like Tesco, where you can grab a 70cl bottle for just £18!
