Blogmas Day 13 | The Makeup Products I'll Be Using On The Run-Up to Christmas

Welcome to Blogmas day 13! I'll be publishing festive content every day on the run-up to Christmas, so keep checking back to see what Christmassy blog posts I have for you. Today, I'm going to be telling you which makeup products I'll be wearing on the run-up to Christmas, despite mostly being a face full of Estee Lauder, there are some other makeup brands that I love which I'll be reaching for throughout the festive period.  So, let's get right into it!

Estee Lauder Double Wear 'Stay-in-Place' Foundation

We all know how much I love a foundation with SPF in it, that's also got flawless results and this foundation offers just that. It's a wonderful foundation that perfectly matches my skin tone and gives a smooth and even finish every single time. It's definitely a foundation I'm not going to be deviating from.

Estee Lauder Double Wear 'Infinite' Waterproof Eyeliner

Another Estee Lauder addition, this eyeliner has been my go-to for years now. Why? Because it's smudge-proof, jet black and doesn't end up leaving black marks on my upper eyelids. It wears amazingly well. I could put this on in the morning and it would look the same at night when I come to take it off. I will always choose this eyeliner as it's well worth the price tag.

Estee Lauder 'Bronze Goddess' Highlighting Powder

Like the eyeliner, this is a highlighting powder that I've been using for years. I will keep repurchasing it until the day they discontinue it. It gives a lovely golden gleam rather than a sparkly shimmer, which brings me onto my next top Christmas pick - MAC Mineralise Skinfinish!

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish

I know I've already got a highlighting powder on here, but the colour and the finish this gives is completely unlike the Estee Lauder Bronze Godess. It's a wonderful complimentary addition to the cheeks alongside the golden glimmer that the above bronzer provides. The results are incredible, even after just one sweep of a makeup brush.

Bobbi Brown Limited Edition 'Jewelled Rose' Eye Shadow Palette

This Bobbi Brown eye shadow palette has been in my collection for quite some time, so much so, you can't actually get it any more, hence the 'limited edition' bit in its name. But I have managed to link to a similar Bobbi Brown eye shadow palette below, so take a look if you're interested! Anyway, these eye shadow colours are gorgeous.

They're so natural but they provide the right amount of colour and sheen no matter which one you choose. I like the darker colours for a festive evening out and the lighter colours for a Christmassy lunch or coffee date with Tom. It's such a versatile eye shadow palette which is why I'm going to be leaning on it heavily over the Christmas period.

Lancome 'Hypnose Drama' Mascara

If you've been following me on here for a while, you'll know exactly how much I love my Lancome mascaras, and this one is no different. It gives me the perfect eyelash look for either day or night, meaning I'll have a full face on ready for whatever the day has to throw at me.

YSL 'Rouge Volupte Shine' Lip Colour

I know, this lipstick is incredibly worn down, because I love it that much. I'm yet to find another lipstick that gives me the same shine, colour and moisturisation as this one. I think they'd discontinued the colour, but I have linked the lipstick line below for you. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed with this lipstick if you want something that will moisturise the lips but give you a gorgeous lip colour that look natural as well.
